Field service built for the work engineers actually do

What it does

The short version.

01

A mobile app that works with no signal

Engineers work in basements, substations and open country. The app holds the job, the forms and the evidence offline and reconciles when the connection returns, because a field tool that assumes coverage is a field tool that gets abandoned.

02

A control room the back office can actually run

A web console for scheduling, dispatch and live job state, so the people answering the customer can see the same job as the person standing in front of it.

03

Capture by photograph, voice and video

Evidence and form fields are captured from what the engineer can already do quickly on site, rather than from typing on a phone in the rain. Less time on the form means more time on the work and better data at the end of it.

04

Configurable forms and live workflow

The work types, the forms and the routing are configured to the operation rather than hard coded, so a change to the process does not become a change request.

05

Teams between the field and the back office

Communication runs through Microsoft Teams rather than a separate messaging tool, so the conversation about a job sits in the estate the rest of the business already uses.

Who it is for

Where this earns its place.

  • Utility networks and last mile operators whose engineers are the daily face of the business.
  • Operations running Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 already, who want field service on the same estate rather than beside it.
  • Businesses where the evidence captured on site is the basis of the invoice and the compliance record.

How it is deployed

Into your estate, not ours.

  • Licensed and installed on the client's own tenant. It is not a hosted subscription service and the data does not sit with us.
  • Integrated with the existing Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 estate rather than duplicating it.
  • Managed by Ionyze, so the operation gets the product without carrying the platform team.
What you keep

All of it.

The installation, the configuration and the data, all inside your own tenant.

Accelerators, not software to rent. They come with the engagement rather than as a separate licence.
